From acclaimed director Francis Lawrence and based on Suzanne Collins’ best-selling novel, THE HUNGER GAMES: SUNRISE ON THE REAPING takes audiences back to Panem 24 years before the original saga. The film follows 16-year-old Haymitch Abernathy (Joseph Zada) as he enters the 50th Annual Hunter Games, a deadly competition featuring twice as many tributes. Inside the arena, Haymitch forms unlikely alliances and risks everything to challenge the Capitol’s control, setting the stage for a rebellion that will change Panem forever.
